MARGO'S WORKSHOP FACILITATION STYLE IS FUN, INTERACTIVE, AND DARING. ONE OF HER SUPERPOWERS IS HER ABILITY TO BALANCE SUPPORT AND CHALLENGE TO CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE THAT INCUBATES GROWTH.
Why do you think it is important to get good at conflict?
Because there is nothing so catalysing as coming to a head of conflict and getting through it productively. Conflicts resolved are the glue of deep relationship and trust, and they are the foundation for commitment, so we better not shy away from them!
Can you tell us a little about your background?
I studied International Relations as an undergrad and went into the world of import/export as a buyer in the natural stone business. After getting my MBA, I opened my own marble and granite brokerage company, which I ran in parallel to my coaching practice for five years.
What else would you like us to know about you?
I was born and raised in the US and have lived in six countries on three continents. I moved to Zurich in 2010 when I realised there is no place I’d rather live and have settled on the shore of Lake Zurich with my family of six.
