WORKPLACE MEDIATION FOR WHEN THE RELATIONSHIP MATTERS
The School of Conflict specialises in a blend of facilitative mediation and conflict coaching that doesn’t just aim to resolve disputes but also transforms the relationships involved. That’s because, in the workplace, we need to go beyond traditional mediation. Indeed, when you still have to interact daily with the person on the other side of the dispute, successfully negotiating an agreement isn’t going to be enough to make way for positive collaboration. We will work with people in conflict to support them in reaching an agreement, teaching them invaluable conflict resolution tools, whilst simultaneously repairing and strengthening the working relationship.
