The School of Conflict is prototyping its new CONFLICT AGILITY™ programme in 2019!
CONFLICT AGILITY™ is a 6-months programme specifically designed for organisations that are committed to shifting from conflict aversion to a culture of open dialogue, disagreement and debate.
The programme is aimed at individuals and teams who want to grow their individual leadership by radically transforming the way they navigate challenging situations.
You will receive access to the CONFLICT AGILITY™ MAP and be trained in each of its dimensions through a combination of in-person and online training.
To be eligible to take part in the prototyping phase, you must meet one of the following criteria:
You are a team leader:
You would like to take part in the programme, and/or
You would like some your team members to take part in the programme.
You are a manager:
You would like to take part in the programme, and/or
You would like some of the people you manage to take part.
You are in an HR people management function:
You would like to take part in the programme, and/or
You would like some of your company’s employees to take part
You are an employee in a medium to large organisation and will recruit at least two of your colleagues to join the programme.
You are a start-up and would like to take part in the programme.
